You'll receive a detailed written quote before any work begins, with a clear breakdown of what's included. If anything unexpected comes up during the project, Luke will discuss it with you and get your approval before any additional work is carried out. No hidden surprises.
Most bathroom renovations are completed within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the scope of work. Kitchen renovations are similar. Larger projects like extensions can take longer depending on the complexity and council requirements. Luke will provide an estimated timeline during the quoting stage and keep you updated on progress throughout.
Solofix coordinates all trades on your behalf including plumbing, electrical, tiling, waterproofing and glass. You deal with Luke and Luke deals with everything else. One point of contact from start to finish.
